Oakville Panthers Elite

  • Season from September 2024 - May 2025

  • Playing in 2 leagues

  • 4 practices a week

    • Offence and Defence Movement

    • Skills Development / Conditioning

    • Shootings practise / Conditioning

    • Weekly Team Scrimmage

  • Minimum 5 Exhibition Games​

  • 2 Tournaments

  • 3 Coaches

    • Head Coach Offensive and Defensive movement​

    • Skill Development Coach

    • Conditioning Coach
